Por el costo , los cuartos son muy pequeños , las fotos que aparecen en la página no son las mismas del cuarto standar, son del chalet el cual es demasiado costoso, sin alberca y demasiado polvo, cualquier franquicia de hoteles ofrece más amenidades con mejor precio

La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas.

La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. El mini laguito me encanto. La comida muy rica.

No pusieron shampoo (no tenían), no rellenaron gel de ducha. En un cuarto pusieron batas en el otro no, en uno pistola en el otro no. Tenias que avisar de la botella de agua para que te volvieran a poner al siguiente día. El servicio en el restaurante lentisimo y muy malo. El transporte al centro no avisan que debes hablar 30 min antes para que te vayan a recoger. Nos quedamos esperando hasta que se me ocurrió llamar al hotel. Nos costó 400.00 los taxis de regreso del centro. Tenía muchas expectativas y me desilusionaron mucho. El cuarto está demasiado pequeño. Hacen mucho ruido afuera de las habitaciones desde las 7:30am

Me gusto el concepto de los cuartos como caballerizas y la comida del restaurante es muy buena

Muy mal servicio, tuvimos que pedir ganchos más de una ves, no teníamos toallas cuando llegamos al cuarto, los shampoos eran de cristal provocando que de callaran en la regadera y se rompieran, cuando pedimos que nos ayudaran a limpiar la regadera por lo sucedido nadie nos la limpió en los 3 días de estancia. Muy mala actitud en el restaurante.

Hotel alejado del centro, pero ahí radica su encanto, tranquilidad absoluta, sin problemas de movilidad o estacionamiento, pues tienen transporte gratuito al centro de SMA y de regreso. Restaurante excelente.

I like the place, the concept, cleanliness, staff and style. I also like the shuttle that the hotel offers to San Miguel.

I don't like that you hear every thing in the next room. It seems like your neighbor is inside your own room!! The neighbors came at 3:00 am talking, searching their moviles phones, and we heard everything!!!!! The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable

Lovely place

Los Picachos is a beautiful hotel!!!! I would definitely stay there again.., so peaceful and quiet, the staff was VERY ACCOMODATING AND COURTEOUS, the rooms have no air conditioner but it stayed comfortable, they have no workout room, but you can jog around Property, the staff said they are working ona pool, it has no pool currently, I hope to go back soon!!

It is a nice place, to grow and make it better.

It is anice place, restaurant started 6 months ago. There are still things missing. The place stilldoes not have aswimming pool. A dancing hall, in the middle of the place, this place is covered. Not a nice view. If so, they have to use Green visuals with plants. It is a quiet place. Having events, it is understood , that you can not stay there.

The covered place, no swimming pool. They started a year ago, so , still things missing here and there.

Very unhappy, will not be repeat customers.

We enjoyed the staff. The location was too far from any idea of San Miguel de Allende, the "lake" as shown on the website was a joke, more like a rain collector that had to be oxygenated to keep the Koi (carp) alive. The management of this hotel is very bad. They had unhappy clients and made no attempt to contact them. We have stayed at hotels around the world and this is the only one where you can't change your plans without having to pay for your entire reservation. Yes we could leave early, however, we had to pay for the entire time we had reserved. I guess it was because we appeared to be the only guests for two of the three days (they had no business) we stayed, not even restaurant credit for the extra money we were required to pay. Alberto, Juan and Alex are the best things that have happened to them. No help or ideas, no literature about the surrounding area (English or Spanish) Very little English spoken, The hotel is a former horse stable that has been cleverly converted to a hotel, the former stalls have been converted to the rooms, large enough and pretty well done, the baths are lacking. The staff was fine and they are lucky to have them.

The hotel ownership/management has absolutely no concept of "customer care." I guess I understand that they were within their legal rights not to allow us any flexibility with our room reservation, however, not to allow even credit at the restaurant or bar is not in their best interest. The front desk told me that it was bookings.com that wouldn't allow the change. If this is true I will not use Bookings. com again. I will not stay there again and will do my best to discourage friends and family of staying at the hotel. Mainly my complaint is that it is too far out of town, more than the 3 kilometers they advertise. The lake doesn't look anything at all like their advertisement, very ugly. The hotel has no concierge or anyone that can help. The rooms don't have enough light it is impossible to read. my wife complained that the bathrooms have not enough light to "put on her make-up." They have no literature or information for the guests and they have management that doesn't care. And they had only one chair in a room for two people. At the very minimum I would stay closer to the historic portion of town. Other than that it was only OK.

Beautiful scenery and very tranquil.

Staff was very friendly and room was nice. Cleaning staff were very good.

No A/C in room days were pretty warm but every place we went didn't have A/C. You could hear people talking next door.

it’s an amazing place! super pretty! each room has the the name of the horse that use to occupied that stable (room now). the style is awesome!, the bed extremely comfortable! I loved this place!

it is really cold!! we were there on january and it gets pretty cold, they only have tiny heathers that you plug in and to be honest they dont do the job. I mean is better than nothing but still you are cold. another thing was the restaurant, be careful cause if for some reason you dont like the food they will be very nice in telling you they will change it but they will charge you for the 2plates. it was an unpleasant argument, specially over 65 pesos which is nothing, our problem was the fact that the waiter never told us that they were going to charge us again. we were a group of 4 and no one really liked their food, we all leave half or so.

We had a great stay and luxury room. And staff was nice and left us in peace.

Room and staff where great. Restaurant staff was great drinks also.

The food was not that great and overpriced. Breakfast was also bad and not what we expected. So after trying both we went the other days to other places. Also they asked us more money for staying in room with a bath. This was optional on the booking. And in a empty hotel stupid to do in my mind.

I like everything, the place is awesome and confortable.

Just the restaurant is a little understaffed. But other than that is perfect... food is really good.... they can probably offer a kids menu.
